First published in 1981, The Longcase Clock has established itself as the standard work of reference on the subject. This revised edition contains a completely new chapter on recent discoveries and even more colour illustrations. The longcase or 'grandfather' clock is arguably the most interesting and at the same time most useful antique available to the collector and this is the most detailed and copiously written book on the subject.
